FIX8 Design respects your right to privacy and we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our Clients and website visitors. We conform to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The APPs govern the way we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. 3. Log Files
3.1 We follow a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and it is a part of a hosting Services' analytics necessary for the improvement of Service. The Information collected by log files include such things as: internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any Personal Information/Data that is personally identifiable. The purpose of such Information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic Information.

7.1 We may consult other Third Parties; to collaborate with, or outsource work to external Service providers to provide the Service on our behalf, or to facilitate in delivering our Service better. 10. Children’s Policy
10.1 FIX8 Design does not knowingly collect Personal Information on anybody under the age of 18 years.
10.2 If we become aware that we have been provided Personal Information from children under 18 years of age, without the consent of a legal parent or guardian, then we will take necessary steps to remove such Personal Information from our servers and databases. If you are a legal parent or guardian and you believe we have unknowingly collected Information from your child/children, then we ask you to please contact us and we will remove the Personal Data from our servers/databases accordingly.
